Mackrel and Harissa Potato Salad
Great to use up left over potatoes for a filling and healthy salad

Instructions
  1. Mix the creme fraiche, harissa and lemon juice and season to taste.
  2. In a bowl, toss together the potatoes, tomatoes and onion and mix together to coat. Scatter with flaked mackerel and rocket, mix and serve.
