                - Cook the bacon and tomatoes under the grill, turning to cook both sides.
- Mash the avocado in a bowl and add the chilli, salt, pepper and lemon juice and mix well.
- Toast the bread, cover each slice with the avocado, top with the tomatoes and bacon.
