Instructions
- Preheat the over to 220 degrees.
- Place the pitta bread on a baking tray and spread the tomato puree or pesto on them. Add toppings of your choice and top with a drizzle of olive oil, dried herbs, salt and pepper. Slice in half and bake for 10mins.
- Serve with rocket and basil.
