These are pitta bread made into pizzas. Great for children to try their own versions with different toppings
  1. Preheat the over to 220 degrees.
  2. Place the pitta bread on a baking tray and spread the tomato puree or pesto on them. Add toppings of your choice and top with a drizzle of olive oil, dried herbs, salt and pepper. Slice in half and bake for 10mins.
  3. Serve with rocket and basil.
