- 300 g smocked mackrel fillets skins removed
- 250 g soft cheese
- 1/2 juice of a lemon
- 1 tsp horseradish
- pepper as required
- parsley garnish

Instructions
- In a blender, add, mackerel, soft cheese, lemon and horseradish.
- Blitz and taste.
- Horseradish and lemon juice can be added if wanted.
- Add pepper and blitz again
- Garnish with the parsley and serve with toast
