Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves finely diced
- 2 tbsp ground paprika
- 1/2 chilli deseeded and finely chopped
- 400 g raw prawns peeled
- 1 avocado halved and sliced
- 1 pinch of fresh coriander
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 limes one juiced and one cut in wedges
- 1-2 dried chilli flakes
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce

Instructions
- Mix together the garlic, paprika, chilli, salt and pepper in a bowl and add the prawns, coating thoroughly.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the prawns on a medium heat for for 5 mins until cooked.
- Lower the heat and add the rest of the ingredients and heat for 1 min. Serve with lettuce leaves, half a sliced avocado, coriander and lime wedges
