Ingredients
- 150 g Basmati Rice
- 1/2 onion finely chopped
- 1/2 red chilli deseeded and finely chopped
- 1 pack green beans
- 2 spring onions finely chopped
- 240 g pork mince
- 2 tbsp ketchup manis
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 bunch corriander

Instructions
- Boil a saucepan of water, when boiled add the rice and a pinch of salt. Put the lid on, turn the heat down and leave to simmer for 10 mins.
- Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Deseed the chilli and chop finely, thinly chop the spring onion, trim the beans and chop into thirds.
- Stir fry the beans in a splash of hot oil for 5 mins and transfer to a plate. In the same pan add a splash of oil if needed and cook the mince until browned.
- Add the onion, garlic, spring onion and as much chilli as desired for another 5 mins. Add the green beans, soy sauce and ketchup Manis and stir together.
- Serve the rice, top with the pork stir fry and sprinkle with roughly chopped coriander.
