This could be made for breakfast or for a desert.
It is so versatile in flavours, you can use what ever takes your fancy that day and can be dairy free if you want it to be.

- 1 Scoop Protein powder
- 450 g Granola Any type
- 500 g Plain yogurt Any type
- 60 g Coconut oil
- Toppings Fruit, nuts, chocolate, edible flowers...

Instructions
Granola base
- Put greaseproof paper in a shallow pan suitable for the freezer
- Put granola in blender and blend it till smooth
- Mix the granola and coconut oil together
- Press granola mix evenly into the pan and smooth down to make the base layer. Put in the freezer for 5-10mins to set
Topping
- In a bowl mix the yogurt and protein powder
- Pour the mixture onto the frozen granola base
- Add the toppings of your choice
- Freeze overnight (or for a minimum of 2 hours)
- Remove from freezer at least 15mins before eating so it can defrost a bit first
- Cut into slices and enjoy
